Morgana Isenberg, decorated Army combat veteran, at one time was one of 40,000 unhoused veterans in this country.

On Saturday March 18, Isenberg now living in Vermont will be joining in solidarity with veterans from Vermont and across the country for the 2nd annual "Sleep-Out for the Homeless " event. Locally the camp out is being held on the Norwich University campus in Northfield. Hosted by The Veterans Place Inc. in collaboration with the NU Center for Civic Engagement. It runs from 4PM on Friday March 17th through noon on the 18th. Registration is $20 per person and limited to 50 participants at NU.

However, this year there is a virtual option whereby you can camp out in your own yard. Proceed will benefit the Veterans Place in Northfield which currently is housing 16 previously unhoused veterans.
