Your Yoga with Amy

I am a yoga instructor and physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience and have been practicing yoga all of my adult life. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. I use my expertise to adapt and modify yoga to meet my students needs. I offer in-person and virtual yoga classes and private yoga session. I specialize in developing yoga practices for people who have completed physical therapy treatment and want to continue on the journey to full recovery.
