Yoga, Reiki & Mindfulness

Hi all! My name is Crystal, I am a registered yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and equine bodyworker. I have a new offering I am super excited to share. As a fellow equestrian I understand you can get tied up at the barn for hours. I now tell my partner the evenings/days I go to the barn to not have any expectations on my return home because it is so easy to just get lost in the presence of our horses and all the chores. I am here to bring to you the beautiful practice of yoga, specifically for equestrians. Eliminating that commute to the studio, and offering a session of mind, body, soul connection amongst the presence of your equine partners.
