Also, be sure to stop at the South Hero Bicentennial Museum after the parade on July 4th. You might be happily surprised and may make plans to come back. The museum is free and air-conditioned. We are also open every Wednesday and Saturday from 10-1 until October.

Pick up a copy of our award winning published book called "South Hero in the Bicentennial Year:1876" compiled by Alice Wells for $40. Take an imaginary buggy ride around South Hero in 1876 and meet neighbors and hear the local gossip!

We also have for sale Jim Jones' "Vermont Island Line Revisited" for $35 including the Rutland Railroad's island hopping route from Burlington through The Champlain Islands.
