Want to try Reiki for free? For all who want some fun movement, cardio drumming is back! Starting on Thursday 11-16, 10:30 to 11 or so, and weekly from then on, join Rachel Casey in a gentle workout that can be done standing or sitting. We supply the drums and sticks, you bring yourself!! Let us know if you are coming so we can set enough places-----and if you'd like to stay for lunch!
At noon on Thursday 11-16, Crystal Fox will present her book "Walden Memories 1953-2023". Support our local authors! She will have copies for sale.
Our craft group continues on Tuesdays from 8:45 to 10:45 in nearby "Community Room". Call Tammy Hall (802-881-9779) to reserve a spot or for more info. Any quilter, crocheter, or sewer is welcome to get some needed help or share ideas!!
