Hello! My name is Suzanne, and my partner and I have a business called Haven Hearth & Homestead. I'm a chef & cooking teacher, and he's a budding woodsman & farmer, as well as a software engineer. Starting this week, we'll be selling small amounts of farmed and foraged foods — including ramps; wild & cultivated salad mixes; edible flowers; plus lots of additional veggies & herbs later in the season. We'll also be offering a wide variety of products made with stuff we've grown & gathered: cocktail syrups; spice blends; salad dressings; fresh pastas; sauces & condiments, and more. We rent the kitchen at Cosmic Cup Café on their day off, and once their new space is ready to go, we'll add weekly takeout meals to the mix! And, our amazing friend Stephanie, who lives in Danville, will be contributing baked goods (including some custom work); and additional floral items.

We also offer private classes, small event catering, and cooking "makeovers" to help you feel more confident, creative, and comfortable in the kitchen.

We'll be sharing our weekly list of goods via a newsletter, with pickup points in St. J & Danville, and potentially further away, on occasion. To sign up, send us a message with your email address!

If you sign up and haven't seen our newsletter — from Haven Hearth & Homestead — by the end of the day, tomorrow, check your spam folder!

Also, coming soon! A collab with Cosmic Cup on weekly dinners. Every Monday, at Cosmic, Suzanne will cook a themed menu of small plates. Themes will change weekly, and the food will be locally sourced and seasonal.

If you have any questions, please get in touch!

Thanks!
