For those of you who are interested in learning more about the New Economy, Gus Speth is speaking at Kellogg Hubbard Library Thursday, Oct 16, 10:30 a.m. The title of his talk is "Measuring What Matters." He recently published "America the Possible: Roadmap to a New Economy." If you're not familiar with him, he was founder of the World Resources Institute; Co-founder of the Natural Resources Defense Council; Director of UN Development Program; Dean of Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He is currently Professor at Vermont Law School. His talk is part of Vermont's New Economy Week.
