We'll start at 7.00 p.m. in the McClure Lobby Conference Room at the UVM Medical Center, free parking available in the McClure Garage, courtesy of the Medical Center. Our agenda looks like this:

7.05: Speak Out
7.15: Burlington School District Commission Chairman Mark Porter with his Board's outlook for the coming months.
7.25: Mary Burns, President & CEO GBYMCA, will discuss the "Y"'s acquisition of the Ethan Allen Club's College Street property, and future "Y" plans; this may include an update on the "Y"'s existing property on College St.
7.55: DPW Director Chapin Spencer to present the latest version of the Residential Parking Management Plan. DPW's original "Plan" was unpopular, so let's see the latest effort following advice from City Council and Public Works Commission.
8.40: Martha Lang, Lang Development, will present plans to develop property in the Fletcher Place/Colchester Avenue neighborhood and express concerns about any possible "Fletcher Place Rezone".
9.00: Close
A packed agenda, but plenty of topics of fairly immediate interest to Ward 1, Ward 8 residents.
