Scott Noyes, renowned speaker and educator presenting "Positive Discipline - That Works!" , an energetic workshop on helping children learn appropriate behavior. Teaching children how to behave rather than reinforcing inappropriate choices is the focus of this entertaining session. His talk includes: why not use punishment, humorous vignettes illustrating eight management techniques and a discussion of the challenges in implementing this philosophy.
Scott has over 30 years experience working with teachers, parents, professionals and children. His trainings are described as fast paced, humorous and memorable.

Hannah's House, Fayston PTO, Waitsfield Children's Center and Spring Hill School have partnered to bring Scott's workshop to the community and all are welcome free of charge with childcare and light refreshments provided.
