Fitness movement guru and mindfulness coach Becky Widschwenter is back at the Waterbury Public Library for a new series this winter.
In this 3-class series, Becky will be introducing Brene Brown's work of "living into our values" and exploring deliberate journaling, and combining that with mindful movement, to go from contracted states to more expansiveness. What keeps you stuck? Did you know that transformation happens in the body and not the intellect? Learn to habit-nudge yourself forward. This 3 part series "Thrive in '25" begins this Saturday, February 8th in the Steele Room at 10:30 AM and runs bi-weekly through March 8th. Each session focuses on part of the "thrive" formula of mindful movement, journaling and community.
