"Political Outlook--A Comprehensive Picture of What's Going on in Washington" Tuesday, April 21, 7 PM, Mead Chapel Veteran Democrat political strategist Donna Brazile will be speaking at Middlebury College next Tuesday at 7 PM in Mead Chapel. Her talk will examine the current political landscape in Washington. Drawing upon her rich experience, Ms. Brazile will specifically address the upcoming presidential election, females and African Americans in politics, and the importance of American youth's involvement in government.

Ms. Brazile has a rich history in Washington, ranging from her role as Al Gore's campaign manager in 2000 to her current position as Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. ​In addition to making numerous cameo appearances on television's House of Cards and The Good Wife, Ms. Brazile is a syndicated columnist and regular on-air contributor to CNN and ABC.
