Spring into Wellness: Ayurvedic Lunch & Workshop

The transition into spring is a unique window of opportunity for recalibrating our health according to the health system of Ayurveda! As we observe signs of the coming spring *outside*, we can feel the thaw of winter stagnancy *inside* the body. This could be true if you're experiencing irregular appetite, sluggish digestion, depression, respiratory illness, unusual taste or body odor, heavy or slow elimination, mental agitation, flare-ups of chronic issues, and so on.

Join us for this lunch and workshop event to explore targeted wellness tools from Ayurveda, and sister science Yoga, which can clear uncomfortable symptoms and ease your way into the coming season and beyond!

You'll learn simple strategies to align your daily routines with the forces of nature using principles and practices from Ayurveda and Yoga. Experience first-hand how meal practices, movements, breathwork, and mindfulness can shift your experience and create an increased sense of harmony.

Holistic Health Practitioners Jen Peterson (www.yogagracevt.com) and Sarah L. Frederiksen (www.elevateyouwell.com) will team up to offer this delightful meal and workshop at their new studio-office, the Middlebury Wellness Collective. Their combined expertise in Ayurvedic herbal, food, lifestyle, and dis-ease management counseling and Yoga movement, meditation, and breathwork therapy creates a dynamic and supportive experience for participants.
