With the start of the New Year I'm reminded that its been awhile since we issued an invitation to all to join the long-running yoga class on Sundays 4:30-5:30 in the Community room of the new Town Hall.

There is no charge for this class and it's open to everyone including those with no yoga experience and/or deep-seated yoga skepticism.

If you are looking for a little exercise, stress reduction, and the company of awesome neighbors with great senses of humor, this might be the class for you.
