Our yoga class moves through a series of mindful movements/flows connecting your breath to your body...improving flexibility, stability and relaxation. Instruction is clear with a focus on foundation and alignment of poses. Restorative and yin yoga are added to the mix for a deeper ability to "create space" within, while nourishing your joints and deeper tissue.
Great for those new to yoga or someone looking for a slower-paced, relaxing class. We hope you will join us!
Instructor is RYT-200 hrs. certified
A donation of $10 per class is suggested.
