Our yoga class moves through a series of mindful movements/flows connecting your breath to your body...improving flexibility, stability and relaxation. Instruction is clear with a focus on foundation and alignment of poses. Restorative and yin yoga are added to the mix for a deeper ability to "create space" within, while nourishing your joints and deeper tissue.
