Lotus Yoga, Barre, Vermont
Class will offer balance postures and invigorating sun salutes to increase your muscle endurance and coordination. Take your practice to the next level by integrating elements of power into unique sequences and flows using light weights. The use of light weights offers a dynamic challenge that transforms your practice and deepens your connection with your body and balance.

Seasonal Circles & Yoga
Each season has an energetic direction and quality that permeates throughout nature. This class intends to utilize the teachings of yoga, in combination with the sciences of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Massage to adapt our lifestyle and behaviors to align with the energies of the season.
This class incorporates specific yogic practices to rebalance and harmonize with the seasonal energy. With each class you'll find: meditation, pranayama (breathing), asana (postures), self-massage practices, practical skills to live and be.
Class will allow for a sharing circle time so that we may gather as a group to discuss and unpack what we've learned and how we're feeling.
Winter session is January 11th from 3 - 5pm
