3. Kristin Hass & Richard Armstrong - Subdivision Revision - 08-01-55.110 - To combine an adjacent undeveloped 4.17-acre property with their 14.84-acre residential property located at 324 Black Dog Lane in the Agricultural Zoning District.
4. Joe Bissonette - Final Plat - 09-02-38.101 - To separate a developed 2.01-acre lot from a 106.05±-acre agricultural lot located at 603 Gilman Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.
5. Dennis & Jody Place - Final Plat - 16-20-20.000 - For a two-lot subdivision of a 39.64-acre property to create a developable 3.00-acre lot located at 190 Place Road West in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District.
6. Decision Deliberation:
• Town Common - Site Plan - 08-01-06.001 – For the first phase of improvements to create a town common, including regrading and drainage; landscaping and tree planting; and pavilion and sidewalk connection, located on 'Lot #1' at the southwest corner of the VT Route 116 and Farmall Drive intersection in the Village Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on September 17, 2024.
