Interpreting Bird Language: What Do Birds Chat About?

Past event
Sep 21, 2024, 5:30 to 7 PM

This seminar is part of the Worcester Neighbors Network Skill-Sharing Day: Have you ever wondered what birds are chattering about? As chirping can reveal their location to predators, birds communicate sparingly and for good reasons. From it we can glean information about OTHER animals birds see around them, when humans cannot. Listen and discuss at either dawn (7:30a to 9a) or dusk (5:30p to 7p).

Participants should meet promptly on-time at Town Hall, to organize a carpool to Tracker's home on Hancock Brook Rd., where parking is limited.
