Osher Center for Integrative Health, University of Vermont
Would you like to strengthen your relationships and enhance your leadership skills? This transformative two-day training is designed to boost your confidence in speaking, listening, and managing emotions during conflicts.
What You'll Learn:
Real Dialogue teaches you how to communicate effectively and remain calm and engaged, even when under stress or facing challenges. You'll learn the three-part Skill of Real Dialogue: Speaking for Yourself, Listening Mindfully, and Remaining Curious. This skill helps you stay present and reduces conflict by blending mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and mental well-being practices. In this Level Two training you will learn how to teach others to use the skills while learning and reinforcing your own practice.
Why Attend:
This new, immersive, and interactive training is an opportunity to learn alongside others who are eager to develop their communication skills. Led by Dr. Polly Young-Eisendrath, Jungian analyst and author, and her colleague Amber Rickert, LCSW, MPH, this workshop will challenge you to grow personally and professionally. Continuing education credits for Coaches available.
