When you're not receiving from us, enjoy the beautiful &b relaxing space and the permission to Slow Down, Stretch, Relax, Meditate, Strengthen, Rest...whatever you are craving.
Amy will offer some movement suggestions along the way, with the main focus being for you to receive some much needed body, mind & soul care. Plus the chance to practice intuitive movement as preparation for birth, postpartum & beyond.
