This Saturday, February 17, is the second class of the 5Rhythms® 5-class series 'EXPLORATION" - exploring each of the 5Rhythms over 5 months.

This class will focus on the rhythm of Staccato, woven into a Rhythm Wave.

You can preregister, and drop in's are welcome.

5Rhythms is a form of conscious dance, a map toward expanding your self-awareness, body awareness, self expression, transformation and more....

This class will be in Shelburne. The next 3 classes will be at the Grange Cultural Center in Waterbury Center.

This is an opportunity to learn about the 5Rhythms Practice or simply to deepen your dance, wherever you dance!
