I offer a unique integration of Energy Healing and the Trager® Approach to Movement. Each modality offers a gentle and effective approach to increasing mobility both physically and emotionally. You can receive one or the other, or an integration of both. I also teach the 5Rhythms® , a dance practice using movement as a path for self awareness and change. Check out my website for details.
