Women On Weights Launches Autumn WOW.

This 8-week live-streamed Zoom session is designed to guide you from the high energy of summer, to the gentle inward tug of autumn. Enjoy a blend of mindful stretching, balance, & dumbbell strength-sets...from the comfort of your home.

A doable strength training program for all levels (you choose the weight)!

WHEN: September 11 - October 30
DAY/TIME: Mondays, 5:30-6:20 PM
NEEDS: dumbbells, mat, resistance band.

RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR GARDENERS

Harvesting, weeding, digging and dividing perennials is rewarding, AND physical. This live-streamed Zoom class focuses on gently stretching wrists, back, shoulders, and hips.

WHEN: Sunday, September 10th
TIME: 8-9 AM
NEEDS: a mat, pillows, yoga blocks, any props that may support your practice.
