The Ascutney Mountain Audubon Society, Vermont Fish and Wildlife, and Great River Hydro are happy to announce that the Herricks Cove Wildlife Festival will take place on Sunday, May 7th, 2023. The festival will feature live animals, nature-focused walks, kids' activities, presentations and demonstrations by environmental and nature organizations, and more - all focused on getting outdoors and enjoying nature. Plus, there will be locally made ice cream!
The festival will begin with an early morning bird walk at 7 am. The exhibits and programs will start at 10 am and close at 4 pm. The suggested donation for entrance is $2 per person and $5 per family.

Herricks Cove is located off Exit 6 of I-91. Take 103 east to Rt. 5 north. After crossing the Williams River, turn right on the Herricks Cove Road and follow the signs for parking. Overflow parking will be at the Exit 6 park-and-ride and a shuttle bus will provide transportation to the festival.
