Hey friends,
Join me Wednesday mornings from 10 - 11 for a Zoom -based Gentle Yoga class. This group started for retirees just before the pandemic, moved to Zoom and is still going in 8 - week segments. Our weekly co-ed gathering is geared towards people who want to stay strong, flexible, balanced and relaxed. We meet via Zoom, and every participant also get the recording of the practice to do a second time during the week. We are lighthearted and supportive; everyone is encouraged to do as much or as little as they want each week.
We start August 24 and go till Oct 12, then the group will renew. The cost is $80.
On Wednesday August 10 there's a FREE PRACTICE for anyone who wants to log on and see if it feels like a good fit, or just come for the free practice. E mail Heather in advance to get the link. Then two weeks later the 8-week series starts.
It's okay if you feel inflexible or have creaky, cranky body parts. It's okay if you think yoga is for the birds, but remain kinda curious. This is all about moving in the direction of what feels good and being very gentle with anything that doesn't. We also practice some mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

In the fall I'll also restart Yoga for Mental Health on Thursdays eves and a Yoga for Fitness on Tuesday mornings . These groups have limited spots, but reach out if you'd like information on one of those.
