Yoga for Fitness and Calm, Tuesdays 10 – 11:15 am EST. Zoom plus recordings.
September 3 – November 19th Eleven weeks. $150

This group of 6 - 8 people meets via Zoom to practice Yoga. This is a general practice focusing on the movement, breath, balance, mental focus and philosophical practices of Yoga. This group of 6 - 8 people meets via Zoom to practice Yoga. This is a general practice focusing on the movement, breath, balance, mental focus and philosophical practices of Yoga. We are low-key and lighthearted. Everyone does as much or as little as they want. We connect personally at the beginning and conclusion of each practice. Each practice includes mindfulness or guided meditation, and a "dad joke." Practices are recorded and sent to group members to repeat (Also a great benefit if you miss a practice.) Some experience with Yoga is helpful but not required. Three spots are open!

Gentle Yoga Wednesdays 10 – 11 am EST Zoom plus recordings
Aug 28 – October 16 Eight weeks. $80

This Zoom-based Yoga practice is designed for anyone who wants a gentle, slower-paced Yoga practice. Originally designed for retirees, we welcome any age participant as this practice is good for anyone wanting a more low-key experience. Each week has stretches for all major muscle groups, core strengthening, balance, and mindfulness. We do get up and down off the floor. Everyone is encouraged to do as much or as little as they want. There's an opportunity for Q and A in each practice. Practices are recorded and sent to group members. (Also a great benefit if you miss a practice.)

Groups are led by Heather Main, M.Ed., of Main Wellness Works. Heather has been teaching fitness and health education for 30 years, and Yoga for 15 years. Feel free to reach Heather with questions. heather@mainwellness.com
