I offer movement education to people of varying abilities. Some are people with injuries, or genetic challenges. Some are specialists in a field like dance, music or sports.

All are people who are actively interested in learning how to make changes that make their lives better. Group classes start at $15, individual sessions are $80. Both can be done in person or on Zoom.
