Benefit for Mark Ransom, pre-school teacher for 20 years at Trinity Children's Center and long time musician (think Chrome Cowboys, Mango Jam, and Barbacoa). Mark has been diagnosed with Stage 3 throat cancer. Mark's friends are having a benefit for him at ARTS RIOT. Music has been arranged by Brett Hughes with many local musicians. There will be a silent auction with a signed Andy Warhol print as well as products and services from many local businesses. The benefit will be Friday, May 23, 2014, at 8PM. Tickets are $10 and are on sale on line at the ARTS RIOT website as well as at the door the night of the event.
