Here is a quick overview of what we will be discussing at the meeting and a reminder that we will continue to have a 15 minute period for public comments at both the beginning and the end of our meeting.

We will debrief our Board Retreat and work on some smart goals. We will talk about future Community Forums and also look at next steps for our superintendent Search. Another topic for discussion will be the request from the town of Berlin that the District donate land to support the new Berlin Town Center project. We are also welcoming our new student representative and starting to outline our budget timeline and process for community input on the budget.
