Neighbors! Your friendly neighborhood yoga teacher here again. I'm offering a stretching workshop this Sunday and have just a few spaces left! If our covid-normal has added more sitting or more stress into your daily routine, then I'd love for you to try this workshop. I'll guide you through a few different approaches to stretching and offer a few manageable ways to add feel-good movement into your day. Details below. Feel free to email me with questions.
Mov/ed 2021 Workshops - taught by Esther M Palmer
STRETCHING - Sunday Feb 7, 2-4pm - Online via zoom, link will be emailed to you
In this two-hour workshop, I'll explain how stretching can be a mobility remedy, a daily reset, and a way to relax. I'll invite you try each approach with accessible practices (it's not a stretching competition!!), leaving time to discuss how the concepts fit or don't fit your experience. And of course, there will be time for questions. I teach movement by offering lots of options, encouraging you to do what feels right for you at all times. With all my classes over zoom, you're always welcome to choose whether to have your video on or off. And lastly, because I'm the kind of learner who always thinks of questions after a workshop has ended, the last part is an optional follow up session the following week.
If this sounds like what you need right now, I hope you can join us!
