Have you been looking for a weekly yoga class you can do from home? I invite you to check out the next Welcome Class on Friday, March 1 at 8am.

My classes are offered as a space to gather for movement with an invitation to make of it exactly what you need on any given day.
**Start with a Welcome Class**
To join the class mailing list so you can drop in when you like, I ask everyone to first attend a "Welcome Class," in which we set aside time for introductions and what to expect in class. I also invite you to schedule a time to talk with me briefly beforehand, possibly just to say hi or to share your objectives or to learn more about my approach.
I offer one Welcome Class each month. The next one is Friday, March 1, 8-8:45am. You can view the full schedule, learn more about the class options, and sign up at https://esthermpalmer.com/welcome.
My weekly classes are offered online via Zoom on Wed, Fri, and Sun at 8am. Class fee is pay what you choose, with a suggested range of $5-$30.
You can learn more and register for a Welcome Class at https://esthermpalmer.com/welcome
I'm also happy to answer any questions you might have! Please feel free to email me at esther@esthermpalmer.com
