Hello Neighbors:
Instant runoff voting panel, south district city council candidates' forum, news about recent city council decisions on development at Burton Snowboards...doesn't that all sound interesting? Well then, it must be time once again for the ward6 NPA meeting!
The first ward6 Neighborhood Planning Assembly meeting of 2019 will take place this coming Thursday February 7 at 7pm at the Greek Orthodox Church, 600 South Willard Street, on the corner of South Willard and Ledge Road at the rotary. Parking is available in the church lot, entrance off of Ledge Road. Additional parking can be found along Willard Street, as well as in front of Christ the King on Locust Street. All residents are welcome!
We are also going to try to livestream this meeting. As this is our first try at this technology, we can't be certain of success...but if you cannot make it to the meeting, look for us on the channel17 YouTube channel:

Vermont's legislators are planning to introduce legislation to make ranked choice voting the method of
engagement for VT state elections. This panel will give us a great overview of the pros and cons of such a
system.
