Artist Alexis Kyriak has an exhibit at the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum through the end of June. The opening is tonight at 7pm.

A classically trained artist from New York City, Alexis's education included the Fashion Institute of Technology, the National Academy of Fine Art & Design, and the Brooklyn Museum School.

"Spirituality not divorced from any aspect of life," Alexis says, "and integrating those aspects is understood through space exploration and the thinking of artists who have led up to the steps I take personally in actually painting."
