We hope that friends, family, neighbors and visitors will join us for delicious buttermilk pancakes and sausage links covered in our award winning maple syrup. We invite guests to learn about Vermont’s oldest traditions, take a horse drawn wagon ride and taste freshly boiled syrup! See our maple operation, smell the sweet steam, sample our maple products, including our new Rye Whiskey Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup. We boil from about 5,000 taps using both traditional buckets and vacuum tubing, reverse osmosis and state of the art evaporator. Take home our blue ribbon winning maple syrup, cream, and sugar.
