Vermont Connector is a small woman-owned business that connects people, place, and passion through a coordinated approach to community service. We are your one-stop shop for all of your volunteer and community service needs. We specialize in placing individuals into rewarding volunteer opportunities and helping businesses develop an effective community engagement strategy. We help non-profits fulfill their missions by coordinating volunteer placement, training, and event logistics.

We offer additional services in community mapping, volunteer training and recruitment, management of mutual aid efforts, event logistics, human resources support for community engagement, and referrals to organizations that second-chance employment, service learning, and court mandated community service.
