Summersweet Garden Nursery

We are a well-established plant nursery (since 1981, previously known as Perennial Pleasures) with a wide variety of perennial flowers, shrubs, and culinary and medicinal herbs. Heirloom varieties are a feature, and, increasingly, native plants. Visitors are welcome to stroll through mature display gardens and growing fields.

The gift shop offers tea pots, cards, jewelry, garden-related items and lightweight summer clothing, with a sizeable selection of well-made summer hats, for both women and men.

An English-style tea room serves tea and scones (and more!) in the summer months. We host occasional educational events, and free garden walks every summer Sunday.

Seasonally open from early May to late September. Located in East Hardwick village, next to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail.
