Summer is around the corner! We have begun making fresh housemade salads daily for sale by the pound out of the Cafe! A little backstory, Kate and I began our career in food at Greg's Market 25 years ago! We each worked in the deli for three plus years. We learned home cooking and have adopted there recipes and ways as our own.
We have begun making the following salads daily, Potato Salad,Tuna Mac Salad,Peanut Thai Chicken noodle salad, veggie pasta, traditional pasta salad and more!
