At VLN, we're committed to providing comprehensive student, professional, and community programming rooted in structured literacy practices and the science of reading. Whether you're a student eager to improve your reading skills, an educator seeking professional development, or a community member passionate about literacy, we offer the tools and support needed to build a literacy-rich Vermont!
Program Highlights:
• Fall Book Swap - Join us on 10/5 at the Bristol Town Green to refresh your child's library and connect with other book lovers!
• Free Community Story Hours – Bring the family to enjoy engaging, fall read-alouds in pumpkin patches and apple orchards throughout Vermont!
• Virtual Professional Development Workshops – Educators can access high-quality training on structured literacy from anywhere.
• Open-Ended Literacy Labs – Interactive spaces where children can explore reading, writing, and storytelling in a hands-on, creative environment.
• Individual Lessons - Skill-targeted, multisensory literacy interventions for PS-3rd grade students! Lessons are offered both virtually and in our Bristol facility.
