I'm a somatic counselor and neurodivergent-affirming therapist. I'm a late diagnosed AuDHDer myself. I love to help people address past traumas that are wreaking havoc in their bodies and lives, and help late diagnosed Autistics and ADHDers to integrate and build lives that support their wellbeing. I specialize in working with people who have chronic pain and illnesses that are exacerbated by stress (and by masking).
