Alyssum is a short term crisis respite in Rochester, VT that is entirely run by peers. Situated in a beautiful rural location, this home-like environment feels creative, safe and comfortable for staff and clients alike.
We have full time, part time and awake overnight positions. While most nights are quiet, the staff person is available in case someone needs help or has trouble sleeping. Light paperwork, cleaning and phone calls are also part of the job.
Paid training is provided, flexible schedules and Paid Time Off are available. Applicants should have personal experience with mental health and demonstrated 1 year of Wellness/Recovery.
