When they first met through their work at the much-loved food institution Zingerman's in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mario didn't believe Anne when she told him she could make a good margarita . Turns out he was wrong. Now here they are with their two daughters - las hermosas - bringing Mario's authentic Mexican cuisine to Vermont.
To us, Las Hermosas ("the beautiful ones") also refers to anything worth savoring - including the most delicious tacos you've ever had and the pleasure of the company you share them with. Our mission is to share Mario's culture through the flavors of his food and by the way it brings people together.
You can find us doing pop ups in local kitchens and outside under our traveling taco tent; we also offer full service private events and food drop offs for groups of 15-250.
