Drew graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In his free time he likes to go to the gym, fish, and work in his own produce garden.
Together, Drew and Stacy have founded Black Radish Catering to bring exciting and new cuisine to Vermont events. With their Wagyu Wagon food truck, they are able to cater gatherings of all sizes, no matter how casual or up-scale your event plans.
They operate the Wagyu Wagon food truck in various locations in Chittenden country including Frost Beer Works and SoBu night out. They serve wagyu beef dishes from beef sourced at Morgan Brook Farm in Westford Vermont. The food truck also serves as a mobile catering kitchen for private events.
