Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties is a nonprofit organization driven by a powerful mission: to build homes, communities, and hope. We are dedicated to creating an inventory of affordable housing for families earning 50-80% of the area median income (AMI), empowering them to achieve the reality of homeownership.

Recently, we celebrated the completion of our 30th home (in Saratoga Springs!)—a significant milestone that reflects both our ongoing efforts and the community's unwavering commitment to providing safe, decent, and affordable housing.

Our vision is to build a world where everyone has a decent place to live. With new leadership at the helm and a growing team of enthusiastic volunteers, we are more committed than ever to ensuring that hardworking families in our community have access to quality, affordable homes.

Beyond our homebuilding efforts, we operate the Southern Adirondack ReStore, where the public can "purchase with a purpose." By selling donated building materials and home furnishings, the ReStore generates proceeds that directly fund the construction of more homes, thereby amplifying our impact.
