Green Mountain School of Yoga

Founded in 1991, the Green Mountain School of Yoga (GMSY) aspires to make authentic yoga teachings accessible to a wide diversity of people. This includes simple meditation and hatha yoga for children in local schools, specialized training for athletic teams at Middlebury College, chair yoga, hatha yoga for the general public, and spiritual teachings and ceremonies at Kailash Ashram. We have worked individually with people with special needs privately and in group settings.
