Hello! My name is Emma Goodwin, and I am a Yoga Teacher! I am passionate about connecting with people through the physical, emotional, and spiritual practice of yoga! My teaching style is authentic and calming, yet engaging and dynamic. Each of my classes centers around a dharana, or a focused concentration, on a theme, which I combine with appropriate physical postures, music, studio ambiance, and professional presentation. This approach effectively provides my students with a felt experience in which they resonate deeply with the theme that I present. I love to chat, hear people's stories, and create meaningful experiences for all! I look forward to connecting!
