Learn to speak your most authentic self, because you deserve to be heard.
The goal of the work is effective communication.  Our bodies develop defense mechanisms that inhibit our expression -- clenching the jaw to hold back anger, the throat squeezing shut to choke back tears.  Sometimes, those responses can help us survive socially, but they often develop into habits like chronic jaw tension, or a strained, withheld voice.  My work uses anatomical science alongside the power of imaginative and metaphorical thinking in order to free us of our unwanted habits and leave us open for effective communication.
With a Master's from Columbia and a certification in Voice work, I offer classes and 1-on-1 instruction. A consultation is free, so reach out! Together we will unearth the power of You.
