Accounting Assistant
Seeking an experienced, organized, motivated individual who will be highly attentive to details, thorough, personable and maintain utmost confidentiality. Strong organizational skills, well developed communication skills, solid people skills, knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles and advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Sage accounting software and Paydata/Assure payroll platform preferred.
Duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, monthly reconciliations, payroll and benefits administration. Position works closely with CFO and all staff.
Part-time position; hours will average 15 hours per week. Work schedule can be flexible based on individual preferences, workload, and organizational needs. This is an in-person position with the potential for a Hybrid position after successful training. Salary commensurate with experience.
