We offer health/wellness/life coaching for individuals and groups over 18 years of age. We offer coaching in a private, confidential setting and offer both in person and remote coaching via Zoom. Our aim is to transform and balance your mental, physical and spiritual health through a variety of techniques including breath work, mindfulness, visualization, yoga postures (asanas), diet, lifestyle and mindful discussion. You are NOT your emotions so learning how to become aware of physical changes in your body that occur when you experience emotions allows you to feel them without reacting to them. You are then free from the toxicity of that reaction giving happiness are larger space to reside in.
