"Sturdy Leaders"
This is an open group for all who identify as a parent or caregiver to come together and cultivate community, mutual support, and normalize the realities that coincide with this very big job. Available in-person or via Zoom, all are welcome. Childcare can be made available with advanced notice. Therapist Katie will facilitate the monthly session - on the last Tuesday of each month, 5:30-7:00pm in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at MRV Health Center, Waitsfield.
"Weekly Walk & Talk"
Meet new people and get some outdoor exercise every Monday morning! We meet at the parking lot behind Neck of the Woods at 9:30am to walk the dirt road for under an hour. If there is substantial snow, we snowshoe behind the Waitsfield UCC congregation. Everyone is welcome. This offering has entered its third year!
