Hello Neighbors,
There's still time to register for Yoga for Stress & Anxiety, starting this Saturday, 10/15 at Swan Dojo on Church Street. I'll be co-leading this 3-week introduction to using yogic techniques in order to release stress and relieve anxiety, along with two other yoga teachers, Christa Gowen & Kelly Taylor.
Stress is an inevitable part of life, but through a variety of approaches we can learn to move through and let go of these feelings. Together we’ll explore how simple postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), mantras, and various other relaxation techniques can assist us when experiencing overwhelming stress or anxiety.
Where: Swan Dojo, 19 Church St., Burlington (Top block, upstairs near Eddie Bauer)
When: Saturdays October 15-29, from 11:30-1pm
Fee: $45
